The chocolate is a very high quality couverture of the same type used in our main chocolate range. The loaf is made freshly for us and stored in a sealed environment so that when we cut your slice, you can be assured that it is as fresh as when we received it.

The Marzipan is hand made in large loafs around 50cm (18 inches) long and delivered fresh to our facility. We cut the slices to order and carefully wrap in clear cellophane before dispatching to you.

Slice weight: Not less than 150g - Please note that each slice is cut fresh from the 'loaf' and the weight will vary although we are now pretty good at this and the weight is usually within 20g of the minimum.
